Terrible experience! For being in the customer service business, they make no effort. We met with the guy running the store a few times. Every time the demeanor was less then inviting. The last mtg, he was harsh and rude to my wife. We took our baseball teams hats there to have numbers embroidered on the side. Out of the 14 hats, 3 came back with the numbers crooked. We didn’t notice till we distributed the hats, so we chalked it up as a loss seeing as we couldn’t see how it could be corrected. We also thought it was a minor oversight. We took a second batch of hats and at that time my wife showed him one of the hats from the earlier set that were done wrong just to make him aware and ask that it not happen with this set. At that point he went into a rant about not replacing the hats and that he doesn’t want to do the new set of hats. At no point was a discount or replacement requested by my wife or myself. Unpleasant people!
